MacArthor-ity: A Belief in Infallible Interpretation

I recently watched a video where John MacArthur justified why he told Beth Moore “to go home.” MacArthur said he was only “being biblical” when told Beth to “go home.  The Bible, according to MacArthur, tells women to go home to be the housewives, mothers, and women God calls them to be. According to MacArthur, men are to lead, and women are to be silent and serve others. 

I was stunned at MacArthur’s hubris in the video.
